We realized that there were three things that we needed, or needed to do, in order to bring us happiness. The first being creating a happy place, the second was conversing with people that either dropped the façade, or wanted to and were ready to be real, and lastly, we wanted to tell stories that changed peoples moods for the better.

Benjamin North candles were created to do all three.  You’ve likely heard us say “candles are only the beginning” because they are. However, they will always be what we stand for. Scented candles will always be our love.  We were always minimalistic, so when we looked around to see what brought us happiness it was pretty simple — a decorative scented candle that was a minor showpiece next to a vintage record player playing my go-to Waiting For The 7:18, and a conversation that was waiting to be had once the song finished. 

Simply put, Benjamin North was created to help you create your happy place while connecting you with people that are just like you. When you all we want someone there to help pick you up. When you struggle we want someone there to take some of the load. Benjamin North is there to help all walk the Lords path for us.  So don’t ever feel that you’re alone, don’t fall apart, because there is someone just like you. Our goal is to never let you down because I’m just like you. 

Our customer is a creative-minded person, who is outwardly an individual, but inwardly a kind heart. They have a sense of adventure about what they want, and although fashion and design is important to them, their foundation materials for their happy place isn’t set yet.  To that person,  Benjamin North is a portal of discovery—a brush with what could be. A place for them to lose—and find—themselves.

Our product offering currently consists of soy and coconut wax candles. Our event offerings are special and unique to the city they are located in. Nevertheless, all of which caters to the lifestyle of our muses: Christianity, classy, empathetic, and dignified.
